Stand up paddle (SUP)

Learning to standup-paddle is a fun process accessible to everyone.

The structure of the courses are built to give you information about the safety, and learn the basic techniques on balance, stroke, and direction controlling.

Our instructor will give you personal feedback during the course. All of us are different and we understand the importance of giving the right tips at the right moment.

You don’t need any training to do stand up paddle. It’s for everyone!

We offer different starting points in the city. Contact us for more information.

The city tour is guided by an instructor and the price includes all equipment needed.

This workshop is designed for people with their own SUP gear. You can join our city tours or the safety and technique events. To get more information follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
